With the clone stamp selected, hover over part of the image you want to copy. Press the alt/option key, you'll notice the cursor has turned into a cross-hair. Click. You'll notice your cursor now has a transparent ghost of the clone source within it.
Move to the part of the image you want to stamp and click and paint in the cloned image.
Your clone source can also be another image you have opened in Photoshop.
